The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), Contract and Grant Administration (CGA), and Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) will be observing MSU’s 2025 winter break from Thursday, December 25th, 2025 through Friday, January 2nd, 2026. OSP/CGA/SPA staff will not be working during this time and actions requiring our involvement (e.g. proposals, RPPRs, etc.) must be submitted to the appropriate office by noon on Friday, December 19th, 2025.

OSP Signature Authority

The President’s Memo (attached below) details who has signature authority for the University. This signature authority gives OSP the ability to approve and execute contracts and related documents on behalf of the University. Most federal agencies refer to an individual holding signature authority as an "Authorized Organization Representative" (AOR).

The following people currently have signature authority in OSP:

Katherine Cook - Executive Director
Laura Johnston - Assistant Director
Gladys Raymond - Manager, Contract Team 1
Diane Cox - Manager, Contract Team 2
Amanda Blank - Manager, Proposal Team 1
Kelly Feinberg - Manager, Proposal Team 2
